• Professional profiles or links provided by the User
• Other career-related information contained in uploaded documents

Users are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to NTP CareerPilot AI is accurate and that they have the right to provide such information.

Sensitive Personal Data

Users are requested not to include sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for the intended use of the Service.

Sensitive personal data may include information concerning race or ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual behavior, criminal records, health information, disability, trade union information, genetic data, biometric data, or other sensitive information protected under applicable law.

Where sensitive personal data is voluntarily included in an uploaded Resume, CV, document, or other User-provided content, NTP CareerPilot AI will process such information only where a lawful basis exists and only to the extent necessary for the applicable purpose.

Where appropriate, NTP CareerPilot AI may exclude, redact, restrict, or otherwise avoid unnecessary processing of sensitive personal data.

1.4 AI Interaction & Generated Information

• Other Outputs produced through the Service

1.5 Subscription, Credit & Transaction Information

• Selected package
• Subscription status
• Package activation and expiry dates

• Add-on Credits
• Transaction identifiers
• Payment status
• Refund and cancellation records

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.

NTP CareerPilot AI does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers or CVV/security codes.

1.6 Technical, Security & Computer Traffic Information

When you access or use the Platform, we may collect or generate information where applicable, including:

• User or account identifier
• Browser and device information
• Operating system
• Login and logout activity
• Authentication activity

We will not use personal information in a manner materially incompatible with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy unless permitted or required by applicable law.

3. AI Processing

NTP CareerPilot AI uses artificial intelligence technologies to provide career and resume-related services.

Resume / Career Data, Job Descriptions, User inputs, and other relevant information may be processed by AI systems where necessary to provide requested features, including:

• Job Fit analysis
• Skill Gap analysis
• Career recommendations
• Certification recommendations
• Resume tailoring and generation
• Other career-related Outputs

NTP CareerPilot AI applies its Evidence-First Rule to reduce unsupported fabrication of material candidate facts. However, AI-generated analyses and recommendations may not always be complete or error-free.

Users should review generated Outputs before using or submitting them.

AI Training & Product Development

NTP CareerPilot AI does not sell your Resume / Career Data or personal information.

Submission of Resume / Career Data for use of the Service does not, by itself, grant NTP CareerPilot AI permission to use identifiable Resume / Career Data to train independent AI models for unrelated purposes.

NTP CareerPilot AI may use third-party AI service providers to process information solely as reasonably necessary to provide applicable Service functionality. Such processing will be subject to applicable contractual, security, privacy, and data protection safeguards.

Where information is used to improve the Service, it will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and appropriate safeguards.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Where required under applicable data protection law, including Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we process personal information on an appropriate legal basis, which may include:

• Consent
• Processing necessary to provide services requested by the User or perform a contract
• Compliance with legal obligations
• Legitimate interests where permitted by law
• Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
• Other lawful bases permitted under applicable law

Where processing is based on consent, Users may withdraw consent in accordance with applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before the withdrawal.

Where reasonably necessary to operate the Service or comply with applicable law, information may be disclosed or made accessible to:

Some cloud infrastructure, AI, payment, security, or other service providers used by NTP CareerPilot AI may process information outside Thailand.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, NTP will take appropriate measures as required under applicable data protection law, which may include appropriate contractual or other lawful safeguards.

NTP CareerPilot AI may use cookies and similar technologies where necessary to:

• Authenticate Users

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies will be subject to applicable consent requirements.

Users may manage cookies through their browser or available cookie controls. Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.

Access to personal information is limited according to operational requirements and applicable authorization controls.

However, no electronic transmission, storage system, or technology platform can guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

NTP CareerPilot AI applies different retention requirements depending on the nature, purpose, and applicable legal requirements relating to the information.

9.1 Resume / Career Data and Generated Outputs

Resume / Career Data and generated Outputs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain and provide the User’s account and Service, allow access to applicable functionality, generate and provide requested Outputs, provide customer support, fulfill contractual obligations, and meet other legitimate and lawful purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

The availability of a Resume or generated Output through the Platform does not constitute permanent storage. Users should retain their own copies of any generated Resume or Output they wish to preserve.

Where the Platform is designed to retain only the latest applicable generated Resume or Output, previous versions may be replaced or deleted as part of normal Platform operation.

9.2 Account and Data Deletion Requests

Subject to applicable law, Users may request deletion of their account or personal information.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, NTP CareerPilot AI will delete, anonymize, or otherwise appropriately process personal information that is no longer necessary to retain, subject to applicable legal exceptions and retention obligations.

Certain information may continue to be retained where necessary for compliance with applicable laws, accounting and transaction record requirements, fraud prevention and security, dispute resolution, establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, and other lawful retention requirements.

Deletion of a User account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of information that NTP is legally required or permitted to retain.

9.3 Computer Traffic Data & System Logs

Computer traffic data and applicable system logs are managed separately from Resume / Career Data where required by applicable law.

Where NTP CareerPilot AI is subject to applicable Thai requirements governing the retention of computer traffic data, applicable computer traffic data will be retained for not less than 90 days from the date the data enters the computer system, or for such other period as required by applicable law.

Where required by a lawful order under applicable law, certain computer traffic data may be retained for an extended period. Applicable regulations provide for extensions of up to six months at a time, subject to an overall period not exceeding two years in the circumstances prescribed by law.

Accordingly, deletion of a User’s Resume / Career Data or account does not automatically result in deletion of computer traffic data or other records that NTP CareerPilot AI is legally required to retain.

Information retained solely to satisfy applicable legal retention obligations will not be retained merely for continued Resume or career-related AI processing after the relevant purpose has ended.

9.4 End of Retention Period

When information is no longer required for the applicable purpose and there is no lawful basis or legal requirement for continued retention, it will be securely deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law and lawful exceptions, Users may have the right to:

• Request access to personal information
• Request a copy of personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of personal information
• Request restriction of processing
• Object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent where applicable
• Request data portability where applicable
• Lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority

We may need to verify the identity of a person making a request before fulfilling it in order to protect User information from unauthorized access, modification, or deletion.

Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law, including Thailand’s PDPA.

11. Third-Party Websites & Services

NTP CareerPilot AI may contain links to external websites, employers, job postings, certification providers, or other third-party services.

Such third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

NTP CareerPilot AI is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of independent third-party services.

Users should review applicable third-party privacy policies before providing personal information to those services.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to NTP CareerPilot AI features, technology or service providers, data processing practices, security requirements, or applicable laws or regulations.

Material changes will be communicated or made available to Users where appropriate.

The latest version will be published with an updated Effective Date.

Changes will not authorize materially different use of previously collected personal information where additional consent or another lawful basis is required under applicable law.
