Terms of Service — NTP CareerPilot AI

1. Definitions

“Company” means NTP PROSPERA NEXUS COMPANY LIMITED, the operator and service provider of NTP CareerPilot AI.

“User” means any individual who registers, purchases, accesses, or uses NTP CareerPilot AI.

“NTP CareerPilot AI,” “System,” “Platform,” or “Service” means the NTP CareerPilot AI website, software, AI processing systems, and related services provided by the Company.

“Resume / Career Data” means personal information, education, employment history, skills, certifications, achievements, metrics, and documents such as PDF or DOCX files submitted by the User.

“Output / AI Generation” means content generated, analyzed, or produced by the Service, including resumes, Job Fit Scores, Skill Gap analyses, career recommendations, certification recommendations, and other results produced through the Platform.

Credit

“Credit” means one complete job application processing cycle for one Job Description (JD) under the User’s applicable package.

One Credit allows the User to process the applicable candidate information and one JD through NTP CareerPilot AI. Depending on the information available and the applicable features of the Service, this may include:

• Job Fit analysis;
• Skill Gap analysis;
• career recommendations;
• certification recommendations;
• AI-assisted resume tailoring and generation; and
• generation or export of the resulting resume.

One Credit is associated with one JD and its corresponding job application processing cycle.

Once processing for a JD has commenced, the User may not replace that JD with another job opportunity within the same Credit. Processing a different JD constitutes a new job application processing cycle and requires a new Credit.

A Credit is deducted only when NTP CareerPilot AI incurs processing cost in performing the applicable AI processing. If processing does not reach a chargeable processing stage, the Credit will not be deducted.

“Evidence-First Rule” means the principle requiring NTP CareerPilot AI to generate factual candidate information based on verified evidence provided by or extracted from the User’s information and not to fabricate unsupported material candidate facts.

2. User Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that information and documents submitted to NTP CareerPilot AI are truthful, accurate, and lawfully provided.

Review Before Use

Users must review all resumes, analyses, recommendations, and other Outputs before using or submitting them for job applications or any other purpose. The User remains responsible for the final information submitted to prospective employers or other third parties.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for activities performed through their accounts.

Prohibited Use

Users must not:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or another User’s account or information;
• attempt to circumvent Credit or package limitations;
• abuse or misuse APIs or Platform resources;
• interfere with the normal operation or stability of the Service;
• attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Platform; or
• engage in fraudulent or abusive use of the Service.

3. AI & System Disclaimers

No Employment Guarantee

NTP CareerPilot AI is an AI-assisted career and resume service. The Company does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in employment, an interview, recruiter selection, ATS success, a job offer, a particular salary, or any other employment outcome.

Decision-Support Tool

Job Fit Scores, Skill Gap analyses, career recommendations, certification recommendations, and other analytical Outputs are intended to assist Users in evaluating career opportunities and making decisions. They do not constitute a guarantee of any particular result.

Evidence-First Generation

NTP CareerPilot AI is designed to prevent unsupported fabrication of material candidate facts, including employment history, skills, certifications, achievements, and other factual resume information.

AI Limitations

AI-generated analyses, recommendations, and Outputs may not always be complete or error-free. Users must review Outputs before relying upon or submitting them. NTP CareerPilot AI does not replace professional recruitment, legal, financial, educational, or other professional advice.

4. Packages, Credits & Payments

Package Activation and Validity

The applicable package period begins when the User’s payment has been successfully approved and the package has been activated. Included Credits remain available only during the validity period of the applicable package. Any unused Credits remaining when the package expires will expire and will not be carried forward.

Add-on Credit

Users with an active 3 Months, 6 Months, or Annual package may purchase additional Credits for USD 3.50 per additional Credit. Add-on Credits may be purchased and used only while the applicable main package remains active. Any unused Add-on Credits expire together with the main package and will not be carried forward. The One-time and Monthly packages are not eligible to purchase Add-on Credits. If all included Credits under a 3 Months, 6 Months, or Annual package have been used before the package expires, the User may continue using the Service by purchasing eligible Add-on Credits until the package expiry date.

Package Expiry and Renewal

NTP CareerPilot AI packages do not automatically renew. At the end of the applicable validity period, the package expires and no automatic renewal charge will be made. To continue using a paid package after expiry, the User must make a new package purchase.

Payments

Payments are processed through an external payment service provider. NTP CareerPilot AI does not directly store complete payment card numbers or CVV/security codes. Refunds, Credit restoration, and related remedies are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which applies together with these Terms.

5. System Errors & Failed Processing

Where a verified System Error attributable to NTP CareerPilot AI prevents the applicable processing cycle from being successfully completed, that failed processing will not be treated as a successfully completed Credit for purposes of determining remedies under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All requests relating to a suspected System Error, Credit restoration, or monetary refund must be submitted only by email to contact@ntpcareerpilotai.com and are subject to verification by the Company.

For a verified System Error affecting a paid package, the User may choose restoration of the affected Credit or a monetary refund where eligible under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For Early Access and Free Trial, a suspected System Error must be reported by the same email channel within 24 hours after the User discovers the error. If the Company verifies that the error was attributable to NTP CareerPilot AI, the affected Credit will be restored within 24 hours. Free Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, and reports submitted after the 24-hour reporting period are not eligible for Credit restoration.

Temporary interruptions, third-party service disruptions, maintenance, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Company may occasionally affect availability of the Service.

6. Data Privacy & Retention

Personal Data

NTP CareerPilot AI processes personal information and Resume / Career Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, applicable data protection requirements, and the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand (PDPA). Personal data may be processed for purposes described in the Privacy Policy and as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

Third-Party Service Providers

The Company may use third-party technology, infrastructure, AI, hosting, payment, security, or other service providers where necessary to operate NTP CareerPilot AI, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

Data Retention

Resume / Career Data and generated Outputs will be retained or deleted in accordance with the applicable Data Retention Policy. Availability of generated resumes or historical Outputs within the Platform does not constitute a guarantee of permanent storage. Users should retain their own copies of documents or Outputs they wish to preserve.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

User Data

Users retain their rights in the Resume / Career Data they submit to the Platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and authority to submit such information to the Service.

Generated Resume and Output

Users may use resumes and other Outputs generated for them through NTP CareerPilot AI for lawful personal purposes, including job applications and career-related purposes.

NTP CareerPilot AI Intellectual Property

The NTP CareerPilot AI Platform, software, technology, algorithms, system architecture, system design, proprietary workflows, branding, and other intellectual property belonging to the Company remain the property of the Company or its applicable licensors. Use of the Service does not transfer ownership of the Platform or its underlying technology to the User.

8. Suspension or Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse of the Service, unauthorized access, security attacks, attempts to circumvent Credit restrictions, unlawful activity, or material violation of these Terms. The Company may take reasonable measures necessary to protect Users, the Platform, Company systems, and third-party services from misuse or security threats.

9. Limitation of Liability

NTP CareerPilot AI is provided as an AI-assisted career and resume service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or opportunity losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service, including missed job application deadlines, missed interview opportunities, loss of employment opportunities, failure to obtain employment, anticipated salary or income, or decisions made by employers, recruiters, ATS systems, or other third parties.

Where a verified System Error qualifies for a refund, Credit restoration, or other remedy, such remedy will be handled in accordance with the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to the Service, Packages, Pricing & Terms

The Company may modify, improve, replace, discontinue, or otherwise change features of NTP CareerPilot AI and may change its packages, Credit allocations, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Where appropriate, Users will be informed of material changes before they become effective.

Changes to packages, pricing, or Credit conditions will not retroactively reduce the Credits or package benefits already paid for and activated by a User during the current paid package period, except where a change is required by applicable law, security requirements, regulatory requirements, or circumstances reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or its Users.

A new package purchase made after revised pricing or package terms become effective will be subject to the then-current terms and pricing communicated to the User.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of NTP CareerPilot AI shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.

Where a matter specifically concerns refunds, Credit restoration, or related eligibility, the Refund & Cancellation Policy will govern the applicable conditions and procedures.
